I'll craft a personalized proposal tailored specifically to your wedding day needs. Once you sign and pay your 50% retainer, you’re on my calendar!

III. Finalize

We will touch base again about a month before the wedding to make sure we have the items sourced and all the details worked out. Your final balance will be due at this time.

IV. Wedding Day

I”ll arrive in plenty of time and set up my station. Make sure the items are set and ready for me to customize and I’ll handle the rest!

Investment

The investment for live wedding services is $1250 for up to 5 hours within 50 miles of the Charlotte area. This covers up to 200 guests. If you would like services for more than 200 guests, please indicate on the inquiry form.

FAQ

  • Calligraphy can be tailored to so many surfaces. The most popular is glass for weddings but it is up to you! Glass, acrylic, leather, paper and more!

  • You can never book too early! A good timeframe would be at least 4 months before your wedding event to ensure your date is available.

  • Due to the varied nature of of items and budgets of each couple, items are not included in the investment. I do offer complimentary services to help source the items.

    • Complimentary consultation with recommendations of favors based on your wedding

    • Up to 5 hours of live services

    • A welcome box for each booked couple including a set of custom engraved champagne flutes.

  • A table that is at least 6 ft and a chair is all that’s required.

  • Yes! Travel expenses will apply for events 50 miles outside of Charlotte.

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will transfer if your date is still available on my calendar.

  • Most brides requests the engraver to dress according to the guest’s dress code (ex. formal, colors, etc) or I can wear black. It’s totally up to you!
